Working Process
◆ core principle: put the product to the conveyor belt, into the body of the bottle, the bottle body of the product after separation, the sensor detects the product passes the signal returns to the label control systems in place to control the corresponding motor control system and sends the label to be affixed to the product labeling position, while overlying label, a label attached to the action is completed.
◆ Procedure: put the product conveyor belt (which can be accessed line) -> product delivery -> Products of distance -> Product Testing -> Product positioning -> Labeling and covered label -> collect the product labeling.
Supportive label Making
1. The distance between each two labels is 2-4mm, a 3*3 mm square hole should be punched between each two labels if the label is transparent or non-square ;
2. The distance between label and the edge of backing paper is 2mm;
3. The labels’ backing paper is made from GLASSINE material, because this paper has good toughness in order to prevent being pulled cut;
4 The inner diameter of label roll is 76mm, the outer diameter is less than 260mm, arranged in a single row.
